Can I place my order over the phone?

Do I have to register to place an order?
Yes, if you would like to place an order with us then you will need to register with NHL Pharmacy. Registration is simple and will take a couple of minutes.
Your registration details help us communicate with you in relation to ‘confirming any orders placed’, keeping you updated with offers and promotions etc.
Unsolicited emails will not be sent to you. Any information NHL Pharmacy collects about you, will be held with the utmost care and security. For more details please review our Privacy Policy.
Do you offer a Price Match service?
No, unfortunately we do not offer a Price Match service as we believe that all of our prices are competitive. However, if you have found a product that you are interested in purchasing and which is significantly cheaper in price, then please forward the details onto info@nhlpharmacy.co.uk and we will review this accordingly.

Do you supply Controlled Drugs (CD’S) if I have a valid Prescription?
Currently we do not dispense Prescriptions for CD’s. We suggest you take the prescription to your local pharmacy.

How can I add items to an order I have already placed?
You are advised to contact us as soon as possible if you need to add items to an order which has been placed.
- If your order has not been dispatched, then we will manually add the extra item(s) to your order.
- If your order has been dispatched, then you will be required to process a new order and pay the additional postage fees.
How can I be sure my payment is secure?
All our Online and Telephone Payments are processed through our secure and flexible credit card payment service. All transaction information passed between our website and systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed or stored.
How can I cancel my order?
You must contact us within 24 hours, if you wish to cancel your order. Simply email us on info@nhlpharmacy.co.uk OR call us on 01772700483. Please make sure you are able to provide the following details:

How do I order Prescription-only Medicines?
Customers will need to use our Online Prescription Service to purchase products that require a Prescription. The ordering process differs slightly too conventional non-prescription line products in that the original Prescription would need to be posted to us for verification. Once we have received your Prescription, one of our qualified Pharmacists will review this, and on approval your order will be dispatched.
NHL Pharmacy can dispense PRIVATE prescriptions written by a UK registered prescriber. Since 2008 prescriptions written by a doctor or dentist in an EEA* country or Switzerland can be dispensed by a UK registered Pharmacy.

How do I return a damaged or incorrect product?
If your order contains incorrect item(s) or if any item(s) have been damaged in transit, then please make arrangements to have the faulty item(s) returned to us. Please ensure you state your ‘order reference’, ‘full name’ and ‘delivery address’.
The faulty item(s) will be replaced and the postage fee reimbursed once received and verified.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Depending on the Delivery Option you have selected, your order should take no more than 5 working days to be delivered once it has been despatched. If you have selected “Special Delivery Next Day” as your Delivery Option, then your order will arrive the day after your order was placed, and is guaranteed to arrive before 1pm.
